Geriatric & senior care

Independence is the goal. Every single time.

Physiotherapy for older adults across Panchkula, Chandigarh and Mohali — paced for older joints, built around getting you back to your own stairs, your own kitchen and your own morning walk.

Why seniors trust us

Less medicine, more movement, fewer revisits

Our vision has always been to treat pain with minimum technological intervention and maximum physical technique and exercise. For older patients that matters more than anyone — the aim is to leave you relying on your own physical ability rather than on machines or repeat appointments.

Sessions run at a pace that suits you. We explain what we are doing and why, we listen carefully, and we set exercises that fit realistically into a day at home. Where travelling to Sector 6 is difficult, we bring home physiotherapy to you.

What we treat

The conditions that most often take movement away

Each of these is treatable, and in almost every case there is more that can be regained than people expect.

Arthritis & joint pain

Knee pain aggravated by arthritis or age responds well to simple exercises you can do at home or at work, combined with ultrasonic massage and laser therapy for long-lasting relief.

Frozen shoulder

In its severe state, shoulder movement becomes extremely painful. Physiotherapy and exercise are the best treatments, supported by advanced stretching in our medical gymnasium.

Post joint replacement (TKR, THR)

Structured exercise after total knee and total hip replacement — restoring range, then strength, then confident walking. Dr. Sahil Behl's hospital experience covers hemi-replacement and total hip and knee replacement rehabilitation.

Osteoporosis

Safe, weight-bearing exercise and posture work that protect fragile bone while building the muscle strength that keeps you upright and steady.

Parkinson's disease

Movement, gait and posture work that keeps daily function going for as long as possible, with exercises simple enough for an attendant to supervise at home.

Stroke & paralysis rehabilitation

Physiotherapy helps not only the limbs but also internal organs affected by paralysis. From easy exercises with an attendant to advanced work in our gymnasium, we help you lead your life better.

Balance & fall prevention

A fall is rarely bad luck. We assess balance, gait and footwear, then train the strength and reactions that stop the next stumble becoming a fracture.

Back, neck & spinal conditions

Ankylosing spondylitis, prolapsed inter-vertebral disc, sciatica and the stooped posture that comes with them — managed with manual therapy and corrective exercise.

Post-surgical & post-fracture recovery

Rehabilitation after major surgery including CABG, plus post-fracture stiffness, nerve injuries and recovery following motor vehicle accidents.

How senior care is different here

Paced for older joints, not for a stopwatch

Older patients are not younger patients with less strength. The assessment, the pace, the explanation and the home programme all change.

  • Unhurried sessions — thorough questioning, patient listening, and treatment always explained before it starts.
  • Attendant-friendly exercise — home programmes simple enough for a family member or attendant to supervise safely.
  • Technology only where it earns its place — hi-power laser and ultrasonic massage used to reduce pain, never as a substitute for movement.
  • Nutrition support on hand — Dr. Aarti Bajaj advises on weight, pain and diet, a lifetime member of the Indian Dietetic Association.

What families ask us

Straight answers, before you book

01

How many sittings will it take?

We give an honest estimate after the first assessment. Our whole approach is built on prescribing fewer and fewer revisits as you gain the ability to manage the condition yourself.

02

Is exercise safe at this age?

The right exercise, prescribed and supervised, is safer than avoiding movement. Everything is graded to your current ability and reviewed as you progress.

03

Will there be needles or machines?

Only where they genuinely help. Dry needling, laser and ultrasonic massage are options, never defaults — and never used without explaining them first.

Let's get moving again — comfortably.
