ACL, PCL & meniscal rehab
Structured post-surgical rehabilitation after knee arthroscopy — restoring range, then quadriceps and hamstring strength, then the change-of-direction control that sport demands.
Injuries are part and parcel of sport. Our job is to make them a pause, not a full stop — with rehabilitation built for a fast and permanent return to play.
Getting out of pain is the easy half. Getting a knee, a shoulder or a hamstring back to the loads that sport demands — sprinting, cutting, bowling, lifting — is the half most rehab skips. We do not skip it.
Dr. Sahil Behl's practice experience at Government Medical College and Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh, and the Department of Physiotherapy at Saket Hospital, Panchkula, covers post-surgical rehabilitation of knee arthroscopy — ACL, PCL and meniscal repairs — as well as hip and knee replacement and spinal decompression. That surgical grounding is what makes our return-to-play work reliable.
Drawn from our thirteen specialised treatments, these are the ones that carry most sporting injuries from acute pain back to full performance.

As the body begins healing, kinesio tape gives soft tissue exactly the support and manipulation it needs. Our in-house team specialises in kinesio and sports taping for athletes.
A strong core is the basis of any athletic activity. Physiotherapy in a medical gym builds it in the most scientific manner, so you perform better in whichever sport you pursue.
For the stubborn trigger points that hands alone cannot release. Our specialists are DGSA, Switzerland certified — the only such practitioners in India.
Every athlete moves at their own pace, but the sequence never changes — and we never let you skip a phase to meet a fixture.
Accurate diagnosis first. Pain and swelling are brought down with manual therapy, ultrasonic massage, electrotherapy and hi-power laser where it will speed things up.
Mobilisation, manipulation, muscle energy technique and dry needling free the joint and release the compensations that built up while you were guarding it.
Progressive loading in our medical gymnasium — core first, then the injured chain, with video and biomechanical feedback so technique improves alongside strength.
Sport-specific drills, taping for the first weeks back, and a maintenance programme you own — so the same injury does not come back next season.
International cricketers and performers have come through our doors in Sector 6. Their photographs live on the home page.
Weekend runners, gym lifters, school athletes and professionals all get the same assessment and the same standard of rehabilitation.
Since many years, whenever I started a workout, after a few days my sciatic nerve would pinch and hurt my leg. I even got an MRI done but the spine was all fine — and still the pain was there. All these years I used to give up on workouts. This time I went to Sahil sir on my trainer's recommendation. He told me it was just a tight glute and IT band muscle and could be resolved in 2 sittings, and it happened in exactly that fashion. It has been 6 months and I am able to progress pain-free in workouts. Yesterday I was able to do a deadlift of 80 kg in proper form without any problem.
