Our sports injury and physiotherapy treatments

Thirteen specialised treatments delivered by licensed physiotherapists in Sector 6, Panchkula — plus home physiotherapy across the Tricity. Every plan begins with an accurate assessment; technology is added only where it genuinely speeds up your recovery.

01 · Pain relief

Neck pain relief

There are several factors that can trigger neck pain — long hours of sitting, continuous work at a computer, wrong posture, injury and stress. It can be quite a trouble in carrying on your day-to-day life, especially when you spend hours at a work desk. We provide just the treatment you need for all sorts of neck pain, including cervical.

Whenever you hold a fixed position for too long, your muscles are under stress — six straight hours at a desk, a shift on a production line, or an extended stretch on a handheld device. We assess your posture first, then combine manual therapy and trigger point release with mobilisation to give the neck its movement back. Where a stubborn trigger point resists hands-on work, dry needling or ultrasonic massage is added. You leave with the postural corrections and the break habits that stop it returning.

Commonly helps with

  • Cervical neck pain
  • Desk & computer posture pain
  • 'Text neck' / iHunch
  • Postural problems
  • Post-accident neck stiffness

02 · Pain relief

Back pain relief

Strain, muscle tension, heavy weight lifting, incorrect posture and injury can cause back pain that lasts for weeks and even turns into chronic pain. It is important to treat this pain no matter what the cause.

Our combination of chiropractic technique and exercise can relieve this pain for good, with advanced technology brought in — when it is genuinely needed — to fight the toughest of pain. Where the cause is a prolapsed inter-vertebral disc, the plan is graded carefully: settle the irritation first, restore segmental movement through mobilisation and manipulation, then build the deep core and postural endurance that keep the segment stable. You leave with the exercises and the workstation advice to manage it yourself.

Commonly helps with

  • Chronic low back pain
  • Prolapsed inter-vertebral disc
  • Lifting & training strain
  • Postural problems
  • Post-fracture stiffness

03 · Pain relief

Sciatica pain relief

Sciatica pain can be quite difficult to deal with, especially given a busy lifestyle. While physiotherapy helps manage this pain, regular exercise down the line helps you manage the condition as a whole — not just the pain.

Our team of physiotherapists understands the cause of this pain and treats it effectively. The sciatic nerve can certainly be irritated at the disc, but just as often the real culprit is a tight glute or IT band compressing the nerve further down the leg — which is why we assess the whole chain before assuming the spine is at fault. Treatment pairs soft-tissue and trigger point work with nerve mobility exercise and progressive loading, so the leg stays pain-free under real working and training loads.

Commonly helps with

  • Sciatica
  • Disc injuries
  • Tight glute & IT band
  • Nerve injuries

Knee pain relief

Knee pain can be triggered and aggravated by a range of factors — injury or sports injury, weight gain, arthritis, or simply old age.

We help you get over knee pain with simple exercises you can do even at home or at work. Combined with ultrasonic massage and laser therapy, these grant long-lasting relief. We also bring the knee back to full function after surgery — including rehabilitation following knee arthroscopy and total knee replacement, restoring range first, then quadriceps and hamstring strength, then confident stairs and walking. Where body weight is adding to the load through the joint, our diet and nutrition specialist works alongside the physiotherapy.

Commonly helps with

  • Arthritis
  • Post joint replacement (TKR)
  • ACL, MCL & meniscal repair
  • Age-related knee pain
  • Post-surgical knee stiffness

05 · Neuro rehabilitation

Physiotherapy for paralysis

As restricting as paralysis may be, we help you be as mobile as the condition allows.

Physiotherapy can help not only with your limbs but also with internal organs that may have been affected by paralysis. From exercises that can be done easily with the help of an attendant, through to advanced work in our gymnasium facility, we help you lead your life better. The same neurological rehabilitation approach carries across stroke, cerebral palsy, facial palsy, Guillain-Barré syndrome, multiple sclerosis and head injury — graded to what you can manage today, and reviewed as that changes.

Commonly helps with

  • Paralysis / stroke
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Facial palsy
  • Guillain-Barré syndrome
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Head injury
  • Nerve injuries

06 · Mobility

Frozen shoulder relief

Frozen shoulder is no longer a condition that only ails the elderly. More and more people are affected by it today, and in its severe state it can make shoulder movement extremely painful.

Physiotherapy and exercise are the best treatments for a frozen shoulder. We also help you overcome it through advanced stretching in our medical gymnasium — working patiently through the range you have rather than forcing the range you want. Sessions pair hands-on mobilisation with a home stretching programme, because a stiff shoulder responds to frequency far more than to intensity. Progress is measured in the movements you get back, not in sessions attended.

Commonly helps with

  • Frozen shoulder
  • Arthritis
  • Shoulder mobility loss
  • Post-fracture stiffness

07 · Sports & overuse

Tennis elbow relief

Tennis elbow is one of the most prevalent conditions in sportspeople and in people aged 30 to 55. Oral and topical medication can help with pain relief — but left untreated, it can take even months to heal.

Physiotherapy is very effective provided you take it regularly. With experience across both sports injuries and conditions related to old age, we treat the elbow and the cause behind it: grip mechanics, forearm loading, and the shoulder and wrist that feed into it. Progressive loading rebuilds the tendon's tolerance rather than simply calming it down, and kinesio taping supports the tissue while it heals.

Commonly helps with

  • Tennis elbow
  • Sports overuse injury
  • Tendon & ligament repair

08 · Chronic & spinal

Ankylosing spondylitis relief

One big reason for a stooped posture and a stiff, painful back could be ankylosing spondylitis — a type of arthritis that affects the spine.

While there is no permanent cure for this condition, physiotherapy is the one thing that reliably helps in managing the pain and correcting the posture. Trust us to help you fight the pain and lead a more comfortable life on a day-to-day basis. The programme centres on daily mobility through the spine and rib cage, extension work that pushes back against the stooping pattern, and breathing capacity — all of it built to be sustainable at home for years, not for weeks.

Commonly helps with

  • Ankylosing spondylitis
  • Arthritis
  • Stooped posture
  • Postural problems
  • Spinal stiffness

09 · Performance

Core strengthening

A strong core is the basis for any athletic activity. And so it is for an active life.

Our core strengthening exercises help you get stronger at the core and perform better in any sport you may want to pursue. While trained gym instructors can keep your physique good, physiotherapy in a medical gym gives you core strength in the most scientific manner — assessed, graded and progressed against what your spine and pelvis actually tolerate. It is also the quiet foundation under most of our back pain and postural work, and a large part of why discharged patients stay discharged.

Commonly helps with

  • Postural problems
  • Chronic back pain
  • Pre & postnatal exercise
  • Return-to-sport conditioning
  • Sports performance

10 · Sports rehabilitation

Sports injuries recovery

Injuries are part and parcel of sport. But an injury, all the same, must not stop you from furthering your sports career.

Our team is well versed with sports injury treatment and recovery, and understands the need for a recovery that is both speedy and permanent. Trust our good sense, practice, experience and technology to get you back in the game. That covers post-surgical rehabilitation after knee arthroscopy — ACL, PCL and meniscal repairs — along with tendon and ligament repair, and the return-to-play work that most rehabilitation skips: sport-specific loading, change-of-direction control, and taping for the first weeks back in competition.

Commonly helps with

  • ACL, PCL & meniscal repair
  • Tendon & ligament repair
  • Post-fracture stiffness
  • Hamstring & groin strains
  • Return-to-play conditioning
11 · Technique

Dry needling

Our best efforts go into getting you better solely by physical therapy. However, in certain complicated cases, technology must be adopted.

Dry needling is an alternative therapy that uses fine needles to treat tough muscular trigger points, and a remarkable number of patients prefer this treatment to any other except exercise. Our specialists are DGSA, Switzerland certified — the only such practitioners in India. Needling is used here as an adjunct and never as a substitute: it opens a window of reduced pain and better movement, and the exercise that follows in that window is what makes the change hold.

Commonly helps with

  • Muscular trigger points
  • Chronic muscular pain
  • Sports injuries
  • Neck & back pain

Kinesio taping

Kinesio taping is one of the most effective ways to rehabilitate after muscular injuries.

As your body begins its natural process of healing, kinesio taping lends the necessary support and manipulation for the soft tissues. Sports injuries are often healed very effectively with this treatment, and our in-house team specialises in kinesio taping for sports injuries. Because the tape supports without immobilising, you keep moving, training and working through the healing phase — which is precisely what tissue needs in order to remodel properly.

Commonly helps with

  • Sports injuries
  • Muscular strain
  • Soft-tissue support

13 · Technology

High power laser therapy

The latest addition to our clinic is High Power Laser Therapy, with the most effective equipment in the Tricity.

It delivers up to 7000 mW of light energy for natural healing, and we are the only physiotherapy clinic in the Tricity that offers it. It helps treat pain that has been triggered by a range of causes, and our trained staff know how to give you the maximum benefit from it. As with every piece of technology in this clinic, it is used only where it genuinely speeds you up — bringing pain and inflammation down far enough that the real work of movement and graded exercise can begin sooner.

Commonly helps with

  • Chronic pain
  • Arthritis
  • Knee pain
  • Post-surgical healing
  • Soft-tissue injury
Technology, used sparingly

The equipment behind the hands-on work

We possess innovative technology that no other physiotherapy clinic in Chandigarh, Panchkula or Mohali does — and we make sure it is used only when absolutely necessary.

  • Medical gymnasium — supervised, progressive strengthening rather than generic gym work.
  • Ultrasonic massage & electrotherapy — for deep tissue pain that resists manual work alone.
  • Video & biomechanical analysis — so technique improves alongside strength.
  • Acupuncture, manual therapy & mobilisation — plus footwear and orthotics advice where it matters.
And a lot more
